How does this work?

Prerequisites:

• The status of your Paypal and AlertPay accounts should be verified.
• Make sure you have been "verified" by PayManila. HERE'S HOW

To make a payment request for PayBill, just follow these simple steps:

1. Fill up the PayBill Service Form accurately. Be aware that you are responsible for the information you have submitted, especially the bill amount and account number.
2. Provide a valid e-mail address and/or Philippine contact number.
3. Make the payment in USD via your PayPal, AlertPay, or LibertyReserve account; or PHP via online bank deposit to Unionbank.
4. Enter the email address where the payment was sent.
5. Re-check the details, enter the CAPTCHA validation, and click the "SUBMIT" button.
6. After we have verified your payment, PayManila will send you an e-mail with a confirmation number of the paid utility.

DISCLAIMER:

We usually process payments every 12 hours, BUT posting of payments by the utilities may take up to two (2) business days. Be aware that PayManila is just a payment processor; we will not be held accountable if the payments do not reach before your bill's due date. Also, make sure that the payment is FULL AMOUNT of the bill.
